Quality materials and fittings as standard, not 'extras' added to the guide price

All our homes come fully equipped with the highest quality fixtures and fittings. Perrin & Rowe, Miele and Fisher & Paykel in the kitchens, Burlington or Grohe in the bathrooms. These are not optional extras, these are standard and included in the guide price.

The Art of Craftsmanship

Distinguished joinery that elevates the finish of our homes

We aim to deliver quality at every stage of a build, from the foundations right through to the finishing touches. One of the many areas in which we strive to set ourselves apart is the joinery, for example we add individually crafted plinth blocks at the bottom of all internal doorways. The majority of developers omit these minor details and simply run the skirting board into the architrave – something we hate to see!

The Not-So Bright Lights

Subtle lighting systems are utilised in all living spaces to create a more relaxed ambience

Spotlights seem to be inescapable in a modern home. Providing bright and evenly distributed light across a room, there is no denying they make life easier (particularly in the cleaning department) but when it comes to creating ambience, they can be found wanting. We never install dimmer switches to our spotlights, they are too prone to flickering or failure. Instead we look to install secondary lighting systems across all living spaces to provide a more subtle light, perfect for creating a more relaxed atmosphere.

We also install a 5amp electrical circuit in the living area alongside the standard 13amp sockets, providing an additional option to operate any table lamps off a single wall switch.

It's Easy Being Green

Air source heat pumps for a greener heating solution

All our properties are fitted with air source heat pumps to provide a greener source of energy.

Planning for the Future

Future proofing all homes with electric car charging facilities

Electric cars may not be the norm yet (and certainly not in Norfolk!), but they are the future. We install a 7kW electrical supply to the front of each property, ready to support home EV charging points.

Substance and Style

Hot water loops and top quality brands

To all hot water outlets, we install a loop on the pipe work which continuously circulates the water, ensuring it is hot from the moment you turn on the tap.

Whilst these sorts of details are working hard behind the scenes, front and centre are the top quality brands that we choose to add style to such substance. Perrin & Rowe kitchen taps, sleek Grohe bathrooms fittings, and Pooky wall lighting all help to add a real wow factor to our homes.

Hot water feed to external water taps

Whether it’s hosing down the kids in wetsuits or the dog after a walk on the beach, an external warm water tap makes life much easier. Perfect for sandy toes and muddy paws!
